Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings on various e‑commerce marketplaces.
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive seller reputation.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience managing e‑commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Comprehensive expertise in managing 1P and 3P Amazon marketplace accounts.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar.
Background in digital marketing, PPC, or e‑commerce management for Amazon.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice‑to‑Have
SAP knowledge.
Basic understanding of industrial equipment.
Experience running online brand promotions.
Creativity in developing simple solutions for complex challenges.
