About the Role You will be focusing on identifying, securing, and managing institutional and ecosystem partnerships – including professional traders, brokers, payment providers, and financial institutions – to strengthen OSL’s market presence and liquidity network.

You can combine deep market understanding with a hands‑on approach to relationship building and deal execution in the fintech or crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close partnerships with European

banks, payment providers, brokers, and institutional clients

to drive trading volume and liquidity.

Structure and negotiate commercial agreements supporting fiat on/off ramps, liquidity provision, and institutional trading.

Work closely with

Compliance, Legal, and Tech

teams to ensure all collaborations align with local and regional regulations (MiCA, PSD2, etc.).

Build and maintain a network of strategic partners and institutional relationships across Europe.

Monitor market and regulatory trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in

business development, partnerships, or institutional sales

within fintech, crypto, or payments.

Strong understanding of

European financial regulations , especially MiCA and PSD2.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English;

German or French

proficiency is a strong plus.

Self‑starter, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

Established relationships with

banks, PSPs, institutional traders, or exchanges

in Europe.

Experience in

fiat/crypto on‑ramp integrations , liquidity partnerships, or B2B crypto services.

Familiarity with the

institutional crypto trading ecosystem , including OTC, API, and custody partners.
