About the Role The Home Infusion Market Development Manager is responsible for driving the sales growth, meeting established budgetary objectives, and managing the sales initiatives for the Home Infusion Services department within the assigned territory. The role also leads, develops, coaches, and supports Home Infusion Clinical Nurse Liaisons and associated clinical support staff as assigned.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed.

Service Areas: Greater Atlanta, GA area.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.

3 years sales experience in a healthcare field and 3 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Liaison or 10 years of experience as a registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of recent infusion nursing experience.

BLS or obtain upon hire.

Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.

Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions

Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and referral targets, increasing market share.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with referral organizations, partners, and key healthcare stakeholders.

Identifies new service line opportunities, provides input on service expansion, and implements growth strategies for home infusion services.

Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.

Manages accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, and presents quarterly reports to leadership.

Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote growth and visibility.

Provides direct leadership, supervision, and mentorship to staff, ensuring quality patient care aligned with company policies and standards.

Promotes departmental efficiency through resource allocation, productivity reviews, and process improvements.

Conducts performance evaluations, developing improvement plans and corrective actions as needed.

Serves as a clinical and professional resource, supporting staff development and resolving operational issues.
