Respond to provider inquiries and resolve contract issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or related role.
Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
Experience in administrative roles involving data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with general office software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
