What We Offer
$16.00/hour starting pay with additional appointment bonuses
Flexible between 8am-5pm
Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
Daytime hours only – no evenings or weekends
Supportive, professional office environment
What You'll Do
Call local business leads within our service area
Build rapport quickly and naturally – no script required
Identify needs, explain the basics of our janitorial services, and schedule a meeting with a local sales manager
Keep detailed records of calls and conversations for follow-up
Meet weekly appointment goals
