About the Role The Move-In Coordinator will coordinate the move-in process and handle all details, ensuring a smooth transition for residents. Responsibilities include communication with prospective residents, their families, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers. The coordinator will serve as the point person from start to finish, working closely with sales and management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate move-in process for new residents.

Communicate with prospective residents, families, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers.

Serve as point person from start to finish, collaborating with sales team and management.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in move-in coordination.

Background in sales a plus.

Highly organized.

Excellent people and communication skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and online systems.
