Job Summary: North Point CDJR in Winston‑Salem, NC, is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. In this full‑time, commission‑based role, you’ll showcase our diverse lineup and deliver top‑notch buying experiences.
Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $100,000+ per year with a high‑performance commission structure that rewards success! We also offer health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and even free college tuition through Strayer University.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships for a WORLD CLASS buying experience
Drive sales of new and pre‑owned vehicles, meeting and exceeding targets
Stay on top of product knowledge and industry trends in order to meet CDJR Certification Standards
Guide customers through vehicle presentations and test drives
Present financing and trade‑in options clearly to customers
Follow up with customers, fostering long‑term connections
Collaborate with the team and engage with clients using our CRM tools
What You’ll Bring:
Professional appearance and attitude
Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
