Conduct routine inspections of the community Perform preventative maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent; technical college experience a plus Compassionate and patient demeanor for working with residents who have dementia Benefits
