Lead on-site construction operations for a multi-unit residential development where units are selling for $1.3M each. This 18‑month project requires high‑end residential craftsmanship standards applied to multifamily construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Direct all on-site construction activities and field operations
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
Ensure quality control meets high‑end residential standards
Monitor project schedule and report progress to project manager
Conduct daily site inspections and resolve field issues
Manage material deliveries and equipment coordination
Maintain accurate site documentation and daily reports
Lead jobsite meetings with subcontractors and vendors
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience as construction superintendent
Demonstrated experience in high‑end residential construction ($1M+ projects)
Proven background in multi‑unit or multifamily construction
OSHA 30‑Hour certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficient with construction management software
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years field superintendent experience
First Aid/CPR certification
Experience with cost‑plus and bid‑based projects
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders and scaffolding
Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
Daily presence on active construction site
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
