You will support the rapidly growing Middle Market Commercial Banking team as the point of contact for client relations and interaction. You will analyze commercial business financial statements, ranging from $20MM to $500MM in revenue, and calculate key credit metrics such as cash flow, leverage, working capital, and collateral coverage. Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager Provide support and oversight of reporting for portfolio management (delinquency, problem loans, exceptions, tickler tracking, etc.) Coordinate collection and review of financial statements, tax returns, covenant compliance certificates, and borrowing bases Monitor portfolio for early warning signs and work with borrowers to mitigate risk or transfer to Special Assets Group Prepare credit packages for annual reviews, renewals, loan requests, portfolio reviews and criticized asset reviews Structure and underwrite complex commercial loan transactions in the portfolio and for new business Provide credit recommendations to appropriate credit administration Review and negotiate loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel and ensure renewals/modifications are properly closed Serve as contact for internal audits, loan reviews, compliance reviews and regulatory exams Comply with bank policies, procedures and applicable state and federal regulations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or accounting Minimum 5 years’ financial services experience with knowledge of banking environment, products, and processes; prior commercial credit experience preferred Formal bank credit training preferred; strong understanding of credit and risk principles Understanding of risks in lending (market, rate, leverage, etc.) and commercial lending policies, loan structuring and collateral procedures Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with financial forecast models Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize workflow Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish client relationships in a team environment Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is
