Tasks
Independently leading strategic, high-impact digital projects from ideation to global scaling
Accountable for end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, reporting & business case realization
Collaborating closely with business units, regional teams, IT and external parties for maximum impact and success
Contribute to TÜV SÜD´s overarching digital strategy (execution) e.g. by developing digital best practices for global roll-out (e.g. project delivery framework)
Qualifications
Technical (or business) degree with at least 6 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
Extensive and proven track record in leading complex digital projects for large industry players
Proficient in digital project management, including agile / hybrid methodologies and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Solid understanding of technologies such as AI, machine learning, data and platform management
Passion, ownership, curiosity, team player, integrity and friendliness
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
