Job Summary

Senior Business Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating various aspects of a company's operations, financial performance, and business strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance. This position plays a crucial role in helping organizations make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals. Job Responsibilities 1

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Job Responsibilities 2

Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additional Responsibilities 3

Job Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R). Knowledge of financial analysis, performance measurement, and key business drivers. Strategic thinking and the ability to connect data insights with broader business objectives. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Job Experience

Minimum 10 years of total experience. At least 5 years of industry-related experience. A minimum of 1 year GCC experience is preferred. Competencies
