Responsibilities
Promptly and professionally answer service calls, and set and confirm appointments.
Accurately and thoroughly write repair orders.
Act as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer.
Patiently and thoroughly assist customers through the service process.
Collaborate with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure.
