What We Do

Virtual Nursing

– Experienced nurses providing remote clinical support, patient education, and discharge coordination to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

Telesitting

– Scalable, real‑time patient monitoring command center to reduce falls, enhance safety, and cut sitter costs.

Who We Serve Hospitals, Mental Health Facilities, Post‑Acute Care Settings, and Senior Living Communities.

Position Summary As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at VirtuAlly, you’ll be the first point of contact in our sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in growing our pipeline by identifying and engaging healthcare decision‑makers at hospitals and health systems who are ready for modern staffing solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious, and coachable professional looking to advance their career in a high‑impact, mission‑driven environment. This is a remote role with flexibility in location. Candidates are preferred to be based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones, with a preference for Dallas, Denver, Nashville, or Kansas City.

Essential Functions

Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and events.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest in VirtuAlly’s solutions.

Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on clinical and operational challenges.

Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop account strategies and hand off qualified opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity records in our CRM (HubSpot).

Help build and refine outreach cadences, talk tracks, and messaging strategies.

Stay up to date on trends in virtual care, healthcare staffing, and provider operations.

Consistently meet activity and pipeline generation targets.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, or SDR role—preferably in healthcare, staffing, or SaaS.

Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.

Highly organized and process‑driven with strong time management.

Self‑starter with a high degree of motivation and ownership.

Comfortable with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience prospecting into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs.

Familiarity with clinical operations, virtual care, or health tech solutions.

Previous healthcare provider experience.

Exposure to multi‑touch, multi‑channel outbound prospecting strategies.
