We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our locations in the Twin Cities area.
Responsibilities
Minor maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
Preparing apartments for new tenants.
Completing work orders.
Maintaining the grounds.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs.
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
Available Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Can work without direct supervision.
