Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Promoter at MSI, located in Las Vegas, NV. The Product Promoter will be responsible for effectively showcasing and promoting MSI’s diverse product range to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients on product features. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, providing product demonstrations, explaining product benefits, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement and product adoption.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and convey product value.
Customer service skills, with the ability to provide helpful, personalized support and address customer needs efficiently.
Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and build lasting relationships with clients.
Training and teaching skills to educate clients and team members about product offerings and their benefits.
Basic marketing skills to assist with branding, promotions, and raising product awareness.
Knowledge or experience in the flooring, tile, or home improvement industries is preferred.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
