What You’ll Do
Lead Strategic Marketing : Design and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals and set us apart in the marketplace.
Analyze & Adapt : Turn market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity into actionable plans that drive results.
Inspire & Empower : Lead a talented marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity across departments.
Own Campaigns & Budgets : Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns—digital, social, POS, and beyond—while ensuring ROI.
Build Our Brand : Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across every touchpoint.
Create Impactful Content : Oversee engaging content for web, social media, and product launches that resonate with our audience.
Drive Digital Excellence : Lead SEO, SEM, email, and social strategies backed by analytics to maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
Proven success in marketing leadership roles with measurable achievements.
Expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends) and CRM platforms.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
A track record of managing teams and delivering impactful campaigns.
