CAREER READINESS COORD, FCH - COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI – Woodland Prime 400 facility.
Hybrid work model. FTE: 1.00. 40 hours per week. Flexible 1st shift: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Job Summary The Career Readiness Coordinator will lead Froedtert Health’s initiatives to address healthcare workforce shortages, foster diversity and inclusion, and guide middle and high school students with opportunities to explore various healthcare careers across South Eastern Wisconsin. This role will nurture partnerships, develop impactful programs, and assess outcomes to uphold the ongoing success and expansion of our career readiness initiatives.
Qualifications – Experience Experience in K-12 education, community outreach, or workforce development, particularly in healthcare settings, preferred.
Qualifications – Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field, required. Master’s degree, preferred.
Qualifications – Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including students, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
