Responsibilities
Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Act as manager on duty as delegated, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation of company directives.
Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Lead exceptional in‑store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
Consistently provide the safest, cleanest, and most engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.

Qualifications
Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
Thrives in a customer‑first based retail environment.
Ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.
Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Ability to provide in‑the‑moment coaching to associates.
Ability to de‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.
Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
