Position Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure manufacturing operations meet delivery commitments, inventory targets, and efficiency goals. This role serves as the link between production, materials, and planning to keep the factory running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
Release and manage production orders in ERP/MRP systems
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or equipment issues
Coordinate with Production, Materials, Purchasing, and Maintenance teams to resolve constraints
Track work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and backlog
Identify and communicate potential risks to delivery timelines
Support inventory control and accuracy initiatives
Participate in capacity planning and forecast reviews
Maintain accurate production data, reports, and KPIs
Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling, throughput, and efficiency
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure production plans align with quality standards and customer requirements
Support compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements
Promote safe and efficient production practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Warsaw, IN – Salary $85,000.00–$92,500.00
