1-800-GOT-JUNK? Philadelphia is looking for a motivated and confident

Residential Sales Dialer

to help drive sales, convert warm leads, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy talking to people, overcoming objections, and closing deals—all while supporting a fast-paced operations team—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Connect with every customer who books an appointment and gather essential project details

Build value in every call to ensure a smooth handoff to the Truck Team

Overcome objections and confidently schedule each appointment

Collaborate with the Truck Team to collect accurate on-site estimate information

Generate personalized quotes and follow up to convert estimates into confirmed jobs

Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless service and communication

Re-engage customers regarding incomplete or canceled jobs via phone, email, or text

Keep detailed CRM notes and provide daily activity updates

Recover lost opportunities and contribute to stronger customer retention

Stay aware of local competitors and market trends

Meet and exceed activity expectations: outbound calls, conversions, engagement, and follow-ups

Schedule

Monday–Friday:

Evenings (approx. 5:00 PM–7:00/8:00 PM)

Saturday:

9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sunday:

10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation

$15–$18 per hour

Base pay + Conversion Bonus
