Job Description Tenant Relations Coordinator Job Responsibilities
Addressing all tenant related concerns or issues daily with excellent customer service in all HTH locations via phone, email, or text as needed.
Providing excellent customer service by fielding concerns via phone, email, and text.
Offering follow-up communication to any tenant related concern at hand.
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting lease violators.
Under direction of Director of Delinquency and Tenant Relations:
Addressing all customers walk to the office.
Manages the Notice to Vacate/Move Out Process communications for all property managers.
Coverage of all front desk responsibilities including but not limited to taking payments, providing payment receipts, sorting mail, and accepting packages.
Documentation of all conversations with tenants with follow-up note in history notes on tenant portal.

Other duties as assigned.
Tenant Relations Manager Qualifications / Skills:
Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
High level of organization and attention to detail
Competence with office management software
Professionalism
Internal communications
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years’ experience in real estate or sales
1-3 years’ management experience a plus
Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
