Requirements:
Completion of a 40‑hour Director’s Training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Director in an early childhood education settingStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to approach challenging situations with professionalism and grace
Warm, loving, and approachable demeanor with both families and children
