Low Voltage Technicians Needed ASAP!

As a Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various systems including Voice and Data, Fiber Optics, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Security, Access Control, Wireless Systems, and Nurse Call. Responsibilities Install low-voltage cabling such as voice, data, security, paging, and nurse-call systems, as well as fiber optic cables. Cross connect cables and perform fiber splicing and termination. Terminate cables according to color codes and test for polarity and connectivity. Set up computer rooms and process paperwork accurately, neatly, and timely. Maintain compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. Install pathways and cabling, analyze blueprints effectively for job site knowledge. Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needs. Demonstrate the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size. Lead small crews and enforce a safe job site, maintaining compliance with safety standards. Install and terminate peripheral devices. Essential Skills Electrical and mechanical skills. Troubleshooting abilities. Experience with low voltage systems and cabling. Proficiency in fiber splicing, Cat5, and Cat6 installation. Ability to repair, assemble, and service equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to bend, lift, and carry equipment regularly. Capability to work in tight spaces and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and extended overhead wiring. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Ability to drive to job sites and travel out of state, including potential airline travel. Strong communication skills in English. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
