Job Summary Conducts all research and data analysis to support Product Manager. Synthesize large amounts of information and communicates appropriately to cross‑functional teams for decision‑making purposes. Must show ability to think strategically, 6‑12 months out, and adjust/plan accordingly to drive results and successful projects to completion.

Primary Duties Research New Product Adds through the use of:

New product ideas database

Sales History Tables

Gap Analysis Tools

Off the Shelf Lists

Customer Not Yet Available (NYA) Files

eCommerce sellers

Data Analysis / Maintenance

Populate ROIs based on validated, verified researched data

Create Part numbers

Add new projects to the portal as well as ensure portal is up‑to‑date with relevant information

Update competitor interchanges and pricing files

Update OE Supersessions

Update carry up coverage

Create accurate ad hoc reports

Market Research

Proactively visit Dealers

Attend local and regional shows

Hold bid package meetings

Complete logistics part template, information pertaining to part setup/MDO requests and review of Market Ready forms

Create Bill of Materials (BOM) to make products

Qualifications Aftermarket / automotive experience is a plus

Experienced working in cross functional team

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite and specifically Excel including pivot tables and v‑lookups

Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 50 pounds. Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.

Education / Experience B.S. degree in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 or more years’ experience in Product Management, Marketing, Data Analysis, or Strategic sourcing preferred

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $63,300 to $90,100. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
