We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Packaging Operator
at ourColony, WY location.
The
Packaging Operator
requires the individual to be safety minded and strive to be an example in areas of safety, 5S and quality. Operators’ package multiple SKU’s from the plant in a safe and efficient manner. Operators are also responsible for loading the correct product from the silos and performing quality checks.
Responsibilities Position Details:
Package Multiple SKU’s
Drive Forklifts
Place empty ware on the lines
Throw bags, and pails
*This is considered a safety sensitive position therefore will be subject to random drug testing as required.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to meet deadlines
Operation of forklift truck
Self-Motivated
Bend, Twist, Pull and lift objects up to 50lbs
Work Safely
Work as a team
Communication Skills
Dependable
Be able to multi-task
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Travel:
Very Little to None
Working Conditions:
Shift work in fast paced dusty environment
Work Hours:
8-12 hour work days, 5-6 days a week
