We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Architectural Staff Level I (Non‑Licensed) level designer to join our growing team. If you are adaptable, detail‑oriented, and excited by the hands‑on energy of a design‑focused studio, this is the right environment for you.
Our Culture We don’t just design buildings; we build an environment where creativity thrives. Our studio is defined by four core pillars:
Work Together: We build relationships by listening to others and considering how communities will benefit.
Make a Difference: We create original, authentic, and relevant work that is built smartly to better influence our future.
Go Beyond: We stay curious by researching, exploring, and challenging convention to expand what’s possible.
Have Fun: We bring light to spaces and joy to our work, always remembering why we love design.
The Role & Responsibilities We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of their work. You will be:
Collaborating on diverse project typologies, including custom single‑family residential, commercial, and hospitality work.
Self‑managing projects through all phases, from initial design through documentation and construction.
Producing high‑quality digital drafting, modeling, and visualizations.
Coordinating with consultants, researching products, and developing design details.
Navigating zoning codes and managing the permitting process.
What You Bring
A professional architectural degree.
3–5 years of well‑rounded professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Required).
Experience in completing every phase of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and permitting.
Bonus: Experience with custom single‑family residential design and construction.

We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package including: health, vision & dental insurance, 401K with salary match, performance bonus, professional licensure exam reimbursement, paid personal days off & holidays, and flexible workdays to help you maintain a healthy work‑life balance in a creative studio environment.
