We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Architectural Staff Level I (Non-Licensed) level designer to join our growing team. If you are adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited by the hands-on energy of a design-focused studio, this is the right environment for you.

The Role & Responsibilities We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of their work. You will be:
Collaborating on diverse project typologies, including custom single-family residential, commercial, and hospitality work.
Self-managing projects through all phases, from initial design through documentation and construction.
Producing high-quality digital drafting, modeling, and visualizations.
Coordinating with consultants, researching products, and developing design details.
Navigating zoning codes and managing the permitting process.
What You Bring
A professional architectural degree.
3–5 years of well-rounded professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Required).
Experience in completing every phase of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and permitting.
Bonus:
Experience with custom single-family residential design and construction.
