Sales Liaison . We serve over 200 senior living communities statewide, and we are looking for a strategic partner to bridge the gap between senior living operators and our world-class on-site primary and specialty care services.

In this role, you aren’t just selling a service; you are expanding healthcare access for aging adults across the Twin Cities.

The Impact You’ll Make You will be the primary driver of our regional growth, building the partnerships that allow our physicians to deliver care directly to residents.

Strategic Business Development:

Identify and engage senior living and assisted living operators, building a robust pipeline of potential partners.

Executive Relationship Building:

Partner with

Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and ownership groups

to understand their clinical needs and deliver tailored healthcare solutions.

Full-Cycle Sales:

Lead high-level presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new partnership agreements with purpose.

Seamless Onboarding:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new sites are successfully integrated into our network.

Data-Driven Growth:

Track performance metrics and activity forecasts to refine outreach and lead generation strategies.

What You Bring to the Team

Proven Track Record:

Success in

healthcare sales, business development, or account management

is required.

Executive Presence:

Confidence in prospecting and delivering persuasive presentations to senior-level decision‑makers.

Negotiation Skills:

Experienced in navigating contracts and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

You are self‑directed, highly organized, and motivated by results and uncapped earning potential.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
