Position:
Mortgage Processor (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Location:
Remote (Candidate must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
Compensation:
$50,000–$60,000 + monthly per-file bonus

A growing mortgage team is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Mortgage Processor to support loan officers and borrowers throughout the file preparation and submission process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience using Encompass.
Responsibilities
Work directly with loan officers and borrowers to collect and organize documentation
Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review
Ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission
Maintain clear communication and follow-up throughout the process
Support pipeline movement to meet deadlines and expectations
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
Experience as a mortgage processor: Processing FHA, VA, Non-QM (DSCR, ITIN, etc) and conventional
Proficiency with
Encompass LOS
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must reside in
PA, NJ, CT, or NY
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
