Account transactions like purchases, redemptions, and exchanges. Online account navigation and troubleshooting. Decision‑making support based on investors’ financial goals. What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves

1+ year in a customer service role (retail, food service, etc.). Career‑minded with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow. Excellent problem‑solving and resourcefulness. Compassionate, empathetic, and detail‑oriented. Nice‑to‑Haves

College degree or equivalent experience. Career Path & Paid Training

Initial Training: 8 weeks. Licensing Prep: 5‑6 weeks (earn your SIE license!). Advanced Training: 12‑13 weeks. Series 6 & 63 Licensing: Within 6 months of hire. Product Training: 4 weeks + promotion/internship opportunities. Perks & Culture
