What the Role Involves:
Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle concerns
Creating clear repair orders and explaining next steps
Reviewing inspection findings and maintenance recommendations
Coordinating with technicians and internal teams
Keeping customers informed and helping their visit go smoothly
Following a clear, established process from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfort managing multiple tasks throughout the day
Attention to detail and follow-through
A calm, professional approach with customers
Willingness to learn and work within a structured process
Valid driver’s license
Dealership experience is helpful, but not required.
