is seeking a compassionate and reliable Lead Driver to provide safe transportation for our senior residents.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Position type:
Full‑time, Non‑exempt
Job Summary Responsible for driving residents to and from scheduled destinations and ensuring the safe and effective operation of community transportation vehicles.

Position Overview
Drive residents to and from specified destinations such as doctor appointments, grocery shopping and other errands.
Monitor residents’ overall well‑being and report any changes to supervisors.
Provide driver safety training to other operators.
Maintain records of vehicle preventative maintenance and associated costs.
Coordinate mileage records with gas expenses.
Submit quarterly reports to management.
Track billable hours for residents.
Comply with all Driver and Motor Vehicle guidelines.
Qualifications
Demonstration of Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
3–6 months experience driving senior adults, knowledge of local streets, valid state driver’s license with good driving record, proficiency in English, excellent customer‑service skills.
Ability to drive and maintain various types of vehicles.
Eligibility for benefits upon 24+ hours per week of scheduled work (family members also eligible).
