We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team! Key areas: Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.

Requirements
Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
Commercial cleaning experience
Able to pass background check if required by clients
Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!
We are especially interested in subs who offer
Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
Post-construction cleaning
Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
Small crews available for large or rush jobs
Pay Competitive per-job or monthly depends on the account.
