Develop, conduct and maintain performance monitoring tools and reports for 1882 partnerships and innovative school models. Coordinate the collection and submission of required documentation and data for state and federal school improvement programs. Monitor and maintain progress reporting for school improvement campuses including TIP, TAP and innovative school initiatives. Ensure compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements, including reporting for Comprehensive and Targeted Support campuses. Provide technical assistance and training to campus and district staff on improvement planning and performance tracking. Collaborate with the School Choice Department to evaluate the effectiveness of existing Programs of Choice, enrollment practices and lottery systems. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, enrollment patterns, and student outcomes across choice programs. Support strategic planning for the expansion or redesign of school choice models based on community needs and performance data. Assist in the development of reports and presentations to communicate program impact to stakeholders. Support 1882 Partnership schools by monitoring performance metrics, facilitating data reviews, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure continuous improvement and innovation within 1882 campuses. Position Purpose The Coordinator of Strategic Performance and Innovation plays a pivotal role in advancing the district’s strategic goals by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of 1882 partnerships, innovative school models, and school improvement initiatives. This position also supports the School Choice Department with Programs of Choice and Quality Seats Analysis. The coordinator ensures data-driven decision-making, compliance with state and federal requirements.
