Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries from potential customers.
Follow up with customers to schedule showroom appointments and confirm visits.
Maintain accurate customer data and notes in CRM.
Utilize dealership scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
Work closely with the management to hand off qualified leads and maximize appointment show rates.
Conduct follow-up with existing customers for retention, satisfaction, and referral opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership’s brand professionally.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive BDC, customer service, call center, or sales preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn dealership processes.
