Job Summary

The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, building and sustaining key relationships with community partners, and delivering a world-class guest experience while supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and guest experience to life.

Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, studio owners, Sweat Collective) to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.

Engage with the local community to identify future partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s standing as a community hub.

Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience.

Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Review community business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.

Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Schedule / Availability

Work schedule varies based on store needs.

Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Special events or peak timeframes may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.

Experience

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

Job Assets

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.

Experience: Building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities.

Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range

$22.00 – $25. per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location Target Bonus

$2.00 per hour Total Target Base Pay Range

$24.00 – $27.31 per hour

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Employees in this position are eligible for our competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
