Coordinator Support Associate (CSA)
to join our client’s dynamic team full-time, including rotating weekends. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of their RDU operations and supporting Placenta Donation Coordinators (PDCs) by traveling between the different locations in the RDU area. Commission/bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities As a Coordinator Support Associate, you will: Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies. Conduct and document routine daily checks. Perform regulated tasks and cleaning per company SOPs and work instructions (WIs). Adhere to privacy rules and industry regulations set by the AATB, FDA, and other state/federal agencies. Support Placenta Donation Coordinators in obtaining informed consent, identifying donors, and performing tissue acquisition procedures. Obtain and document patient medical records and blood specimens while maintaining chain-of-custody. Participate in aseptic placenta tissue acquisition in operating rooms. Label, package, and ship tissues and lab specimens accurately. Perform record keeping, facility maintenance, tissue storage, and inventory management. Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and prepare temperature records. What We’re Looking For - Skills & Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift 30 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods. Able and willing to work with and handle donated human tissue (placenta). Additional Requirements: Willingness to work every other weekend. Must complete a hospital orientation and credentialing process. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
