Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do Be part of a team that prepares fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our warm rotisserie chicken. You’ll also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for members. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make a difference in the customer experience. You will make an impact by: Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area Keeping shelves clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower-quality food Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food Maintaining the Sales Floor per company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area You will be a Team Member, Expert, Techie, Owner, and Talent Ambassador through various responsibilities such as product knowledge, food safety standards, equipment sanitation, digital tools, and delivering high-quality service.
