Responsibilities As Senior Global Product Manager, Dry Goods, you will be responsible for assigned product verticals within CooperSurgical’s fertility solutions consumable portfolio, including portfolio strategy & roadmap, upstream & downstream marketing activities, lifecycle management, and global pricing strategy for our Dry Goods portfolios. You will achieve this by partnering cross-functionally, using in-depth analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, Consumables, you will drive critical commercial activities in new product innovation projects, Voice-of-Customer, User Needs, Business Cases, and collaborate with the commercial marketing team to ensure impactful global launches with solid go-to-market strategies. You will set the annual growth and downstream marketing agenda to improve adoption and market share for your portfolio in alignment with the overall Fertility business strategy.

Lead portfolio strategy and roadmap development through in-depth analysis and knowledge of market trends, competitors, and unmet customer needs.

Support business case development and plan and execute commercial activities for new product innovation projects and co‑drive impactful launches with commercial marketing colleagues.

Maintain a detailed understanding of portfolio performance to ensure profitable growth and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the Head of Global Marketing on global pricing strategy and annual price optimizations.

Drive product lifecycle activities to streamline the portfolio while maintaining portfolio and financial objectives.

Collaborate with global commercial leaders and marketing managers to develop business growth initiatives for increased sales and market share.

Lead the annual long‑range planning process for the assigned portfolio, developing assumptions and gaining alignment across stakeholders.

Strengthen existing product positioning and messaging by collaborating across functions.

Develop global marketing plans and tactics that drive engagement and motivation across internal and external stakeholders, increasing awareness and adoption of your assigned portfolio.

Travel International travel of 10–20% per year based on business needs.

Qualifications

Strategic thinker with ability to dive into executional and financial detail.

Strong marketing foundation and commercial leadership.

Familiarity with building business cases and forecasting models.

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking.

Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and agile.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering on commitments.

Track record of working collaboratively in a matrixed environment.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to various audiences.

Fluent spoken and written English mandatory.

Work Environment

Prolonged sitting in front of a computer.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years marketing experience, preferably from medical devices or another highly regulated industry. Global marketing experience a plus.

Experience influencing in a matrixed organization.

Product launch planning and commercialization experience a plus.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science.

Passing background check may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving record.

Benefits & Compensation As an employee of CooperSurgical, you’ll receive an outstanding total compensation plan. The benefits package includes medical coverage, 401(k), parental leave, fertility benefits, paid time off for vacation, personal, sick and holidays, and multiple other perks. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $140,000–$160,000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
