Support our Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Commercial Real Estate team. This role drives community development, addresses inequities, and propels the industry forward. Responsibilities
Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year Prepare financial statements and compilations/reviews; prepare tax returns including 1065 & 1120‑S Assist with the process and review of tax returns Perform various financial analyses, including balance sheets and income statements Ad‑hoc projects as needed Your Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Accounting/Taxation preferred CPA, JD or EA preferred Minimum 6 years progressive tax experience within real estate industry 2+ years supervisory experience Strong tax research skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, exceptional client service skills Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance/research software (ProSystem, CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement) Solid project management and organizational skills, ability to multi‑task Universal Job Standards
