Sr Lease Analyst - Oil and Gas

Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

About the position This position will work with the Business Process Outsourcing team of PakEnergy, one of the most advanced outsourcing solutions for the oil and gas industry. The role coordinates with the Division Order, Lease Records, and Owner Relations teams to provide on‑time deliverables, quality products, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze various documents including leases, contracts, and title documentation to summarize company ownership and obligations.
Set up leases and other agreements in PakLand according to client processes and guidelines, using system QCs and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Associate leases/agreements to their appropriate well and unit relationships.
Manage eCal payments, general and expiration obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payments and system updates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with leases, title opinions, and state statutes.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following
CPLTA certification.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required
Strong analytical skills and proven high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, using sound judgement to determine project priority and keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
Team‑oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills.
Motivated self‑starter.
Excellent written and oral communication skills – phone and email.
