Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: Gleneagle, CO
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
Answer any questions regarding customer’s policy.
Accept payments and process transactions.
Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis.
Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
Perform FNOL’s (vehicle inspections).
Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
Handle bank run deposits.
Position is full time.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
Excellent communication skills; assertive; ability to provide a first‑rate experience for customers.
Must pass state licensing requirements.
Flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation.
Education / Training
High School Diploma.
Previous customer service experience is helpful.
Seniority level: Entry level
