Overview Gallagher’s Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) consulting teams leverage our real-world expertise and clinical insights to keep our clients aware of issues impacting their prescription drug plans. We assess PBM contracts, design new ones and provide ongoing consulting focused on audits, managing costs and increasing plan satisfactions. Our

How you'll make an impact New Hire Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone***

Communicate and publish schedules associated with all incoming accounts and transfer accounts.

Requires professional communication with Sales Staff, Account Managers, Incoming Pharmacy Benefit Management company (PBM), and Outgoing PBM.

Includes intense schedule planning and follow up.

Works with Account Management team to ensure client implementations are on-track for all deliverables.

Works independently to define project goals and objectives.

Delivers program design and implementation plan to PBM manager for approval and to account for final approval.

Maintains daily communication with all outside vendor partner groups in order to identify and resolve customer service issues proactively.

Monitors financial reports such as einvoice and ebilling to validate accuracy and project financial issues.

Responsible for the daily assignments and workloads of all clinical PBM Assistants.

Works with PBM companies to ensure client implementations are on-track for all deliverables.

Manages schedule and delivery of internal department tasks and responsibilities to ensure client implementations are on-track for all deliverables. Simultaneously manages multiple schedules for multiple account implementations to ensure client implementations are on-track for all deliverables.

Monitors account performance through data analytics.

Works with management to set mutually beneficial annual goals and strategize to decrease utilization of expensive pharmaceuticals, multiple drug classes, and narcotics to meet/exceed goals and to ensure client satisfaction.

Works with all internal areas to support large national account initiatives and deliverables.

Works with all internal areas to resolve and track client service issues and solve problems.

Serves as one point of contact for issue resolution and problem solving. Ensures management is aware of any ongoing issues.

About You

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Account Management experience OR High School degree with 5 or more years client management experience.

New hire must live in eastern or central time zone Preferred:

Experience working at or with one or more PBMs

Familiar with employee benefit plans including prescription coverage

New client implementation

Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
