What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from planning through completion.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials on-site.
Enforce top-tier safety and quality standards.
Drive schedules, budgets, and project goals to successful completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, and field teams.
What You Bring:
10+ years of bridge construction experience (concrete and/or steel structures).
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
Civil Engineering or construction-related degree preferred.
