Located next to FIVE GUYS in Central Park.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and career-driven licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead our team of hair stylists. This is a haircutting position with paid leadership training, strong earning potential, and great benefits.
What You’ll Earn $36–$46 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, plus retail and service bonuses and tips
$72,000–$92,000 annually is typical for managers at this location
Monthly and quarterly manager bonuses for exceeding goals
Paid vacation (1 week after the first year, 2 weeks after year two)
Medical, dental, vision, legal, and pet insurance options
401(k) with company match after 3 months
Company-paid leadership training plus paid travel (flight and hotel) to the annual Sport Clips National Huddle

What We’re Looking For
Current Virginia cosmetology or barber license
Positive, reliable, and upbeat leader
Passion for being a hair stylist, customer service, and team development
Comfortable working in a busy salon environment
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach your team in the salon to deliver excellent Client Experiences
Handle scheduling, training, inventory, and team development
Support and hold your team accountable for performance and goals
Lead by example and promote Sport Clips values
