Your Role
Introduce Sunshine Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
Meet first‑time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs.
Generate new internal leads.
Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales).
Perform product research for unique and special orders.
Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees, and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive.
Empower and involve the entire store team in the B2B sales process.
About You
Experience selling in the business‑to‑business market.
Comfortable contacting existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
