Job Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers, Sales Area Directors, Sales Operations Specialists, and teams specializing in GYN and Hernia portfolios.

Lead the creation and execution of account‑level contractual strategies.

Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical.

Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders.

Drive adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology products: Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, Access & Instrumentation (A&I).

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners.

Maximize partnership programs and leverage account intelligence to increase market share.

Key Performance Metrics

Achieve/exceed disposable quota (strategic & core).

Achieve/exceed hardware quota.

Expand contract categories.

Improve opportunity management and forecasting accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Field‑based role requiring 50% travel within the territory.

Nice to Have

Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in surgical or related fields.

Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information.

Experience building and managing key customer relationships with decision‑makers in clinical and administrative roles.

Ability to analyze business trends and use insights to develop actionable strategies.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Job Requirements

Employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.

Employee is required to interact with a computer and communicate via telephone, email, instant message and in‑person.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $75,000 – $75,000. The position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Additional benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, HSA, FSA, life insurance, short‑ & long‑term disability, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with match, employee stock purchase plan, and more.
