For the Swiss subsidiary of the De’Longhi Group, we are looking for a Brand Manager Nutribullet to join our dynamic and passionate team in Baar, Switzerland. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the local Marketing and Sales Teams, the Group Headquarters and other stakeholders, your mission is to support the continued success of the Nutribullet brand and the Perfect Store Programme in Switzerland.
Responsibilities Brand Management Nutribullet
Full ownership of the Nutribullet brand and product portfolio across all touchpoints in Switzerland
Responsibility for driving the e-commerce performance for Nutribullet in Switzerland
Proactive collaboration with sales, operations and procurement to deliver business results
Development of the local marketing strategy for Nutribullet based on solid market, customer and competitor insights
Creation and execution of the brand communication plan with key focus on in-store and digital
Implementation of various global strategic initiatives
Relaying market feedback and new product development ideas to HQ
Perfect Store Switzerland
Ownership of the Perfect Store programme for Switzerland, with the objective of improving our in-store presence at key accounts
Liaising with our Sales Team to analyse reportings and align on improvement actions
Support the marketing team with trade activations ranging from on-product POS materials to national display promotions
Job Profile Experience & Education
Professional certificate/bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable experience
5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in FMCG or small‑domestic‑appliances
Mindset & Approach
Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results
Highly independent and hands‑on—you get things done
A team player who leverages a healthy dose of creativity to solve complex challenges
Communication & Languages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
