WSP USA is seeking a highly organized and proactive US IT BRM (Business Relationship Manager) — Cost Optimization for any mutually agreed upon WSP USA Location. Serves as the critical link between regional business units and IT functions, specializing in cost optimization. Leveraging deep knowledge of IT and local business priorities, this BRM ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations and alignment with broader strategic goals through hands‑on support for specific initiatives. This role is responsible for driving financial efficiency, building collaborative relationships, and ensuring technological investments deliver sustainable business value.

Impact

Financial Optimization:

Monitor changes in region‑based IT cost drivers, lead strategic and operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and spend optimization. Ensure accountability and modeling for OpEx and CapEx budgets.

Value Realization:

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to provide input for business cases that clearly define value and total cost of ownership. Track and report on financial and operational KPIs.

Business Partnership:

Conduct discussions to understand high‑level business objectives and requirements. Connect business teams to specialists within finance and IT.

Process Improvement:

Promote the standardization of IT finance policies, procedures, and documentation across the organization. Champion process optimization and adoption of best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

7‑10 years of related experience

Proven experience in IT finance and data analytics, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of IT and business processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between the two.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a regional or global organization.

Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and spend optimization in IT.

Proficiency with data analytics and programming tools such as SQL, PowerShell, Tableau, and PowerBI.

Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $102,000 – $181,720

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $102,000 – $170,500
