Hybrid/Remote (Offices in Troy, MI & Wixom, MI)

Base Pay Range:

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation:

Annual Bonus and Commission

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented 3DCS Sales Professional to join our growing team. This position provides hands‑on support to sales while learning the fundamentals of technical sales within the 3DCS software environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced setting assisting with sales coordination and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Learn day‑to‑day software sales interaction with customers

Learn to write quotes and follow up

Manage and maintain sales activities and pipeline updates within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer communications

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead nurturing and demo scheduling

Learn and develop proficiency with Metrologic DCS software solutions

Participate in ongoing training to understand our products, value propositions, and customer industries

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and customer engagement processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (preferred)

1+ years of professional sales experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical fields

Strong interest in developing a career in B2B software sales

Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills

Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

Determined self‑starter with curiosity to understand technical concepts and customer needs

Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
